USG Boral Announces New Manufacturing Plant in India. NEW DELHI, 22 May, 2017 – USG Boral, a global leader in building products technology, announced plans to build a new plasterboard plant in South India. The plant will support USG Boral''s commitment in the region as the company looks for ways to better serve its customers in India.
After two years of refining and proving the process a larger scale machine fed system was built. Today, over 20 years later, we still serve these two plants. As word of the cost savings from recycling gypsum wallboard spread throughout the industry, other plants were added.
Gypsum processing equipment differs significantly in scale and level of technology. some plants produce one or two tonnes per day using low-cost manual technologies, some other plants of a thousand tonnes per day that are highly mechanized and capable of producing different types and grades of gypsum plaster or plaster boards.
Lab Scale Gypsum Board Samples To help our customers to evaluate their products on a reasonable scale without the risk of interrupting a production line, we make lab scale gypsum board samples. The boards can be of any type or formulation from moisture resistant to fire resistant to the latest generation of lightweight gypsum board.
